ℹ️ Where do these values come from?
CLIENT_ID, the RSA private key, Cosmos credentials, and the public base URL all live in Azure App Settings on the deployed Function App (or local.settings.json in dev). They cannot be changed from the browser.
FAS login credentials (test.fediam-39 / fintest2011) are entered on the FPS Finances login page during the OAuth flow, not here.
